Job Overview

We are looking for a Wholesale Marketing & Operations Specialist to support and grow our wholesale business. This role combines marketing, trade marketing, and back-office activities. The person will work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve brand visibility, support sales, and ensure smooth operations with wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale & Trade Marketing

Plan, create, and monitor marketing activities with wholesale partners

Develop and implement POS materials to improve brand visibility in stores

Support and execute joint marketing campaigns with online and offline partners

Create seasonal activation plans with key wholesale partners

Ensure brand consistency across all wholesale channels

Coordination & Communication

Act as a link between the Wholesale and Marketing departments

Collaborate with the Brand & Activation Manager to support retail activations and local initiatives

Share market insights and feedback to improve product and go-to-market strategies

Back Office & Operations

Manage and update the DAM, ensuring correct sharing of assets with wholesale partners

Support the preparation of sales campaigns from a marketing perspective

Manage accounts receivable for wholesale partners

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with wholesale partners

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals

Report to the Head of Wholesale

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in wholesale, trade marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably in the cycling industry

Good understanding of retail and wholesale dynamics

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Team player with a proactive attitude

English : Fluent (required) ; French is a plus.
