Reporting to the Marketing / Brand Department, you are responsible for the brand’s visual identity and image production across all touchpoints.
You oversee the creation, production, and deployment of visual content (photography, video, graphic design), ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and business performance.
You act as a key interface between marketing, ecommerce, communication, creative teams, and external partners.
Art Direction & Brand Image :
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the brand’s visual identity.
• Ensure graphic consistency across digital, print, retail, and event platforms.
• Drive creative proposals through ongoing trend monitoring (fashion, sport, outdoor, lifestyle).
• Develop and evolve brand guidelines.
Creative Team Management :
• Manage and develop the creative team (videographer + junior graphic designer).
• Organize workflow, planning, deadlines, and budgets.
• Provide clear briefs and maintain high creative standards.
• Foster a collaborative environment.
Photo & Video Production – Shoot Management
• Plan and manage all photo and video shoots (action and studio).
• Define creative concepts and artistic direction.
• Lead productions end-to-end (casting, scouting, logistics, budgets, post-production).
• Coordinate external partners.
• Ensure on-time delivery of content.
Digital & Ecommerce
• Oversee performance-driven digital assets.
• Update homepage and key website visuals.
• Design new web pages with ecommerce and tech teams.
• Optimize visuals for UX, conversion, and product storytelling.
Social Media & Brand Content
• Produce engaging social media content.
• Supervise newsletters and CRM content.
• Adapt brand campaigns across all social formats.
Print & Physical Assets
• Design and supervise packaging, POS, posters, brochures.
• Manage production follow-up with suppliers.
Organization & Processes
• Implement clear production processes.
• Structure an optimized shared asset management system.
• Manage creative budgets.
Profile
• 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role (fashion, sport, or lifestyle).
• Curious about the evolving landscape of AI. A vision for integrating into the creative workflow to enhance output and efficiency.
• Experience managing creative teams.
• Strong visual, photography, and video culture.
• Excellent knowledge of digital, print, and social environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English required
• Autonomous, organized, and collaborative mindset.
• Being a cyclist or passionate about outdoor sports is essential.
