What we are looking for:
We are seeking a new Sales Associate to welcome and serve our customers in our Nice boutique. We offer a unique experience, combining the sale of cycling and other outdoor sports apparel, a premium gravel bike rental and testing service, and an in-store café (hot and cold drinks, ice cream).
Your missions and responsibilities
Before the customer arrives in the stores :
• Gain full knowledge of the entire product collection to better advise customers.
• Participate in store opening and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist in implementing back-office procedures (stock reception, inventory, price adjustments, discounts, etc.).
• Monitor and understand performance indicators.
• Help manage merchandise flow (organizing deliveries, stock management, etc.).
With the customer:
• Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement through a personalized approach and a comprehensive experience.
• Provide a personalized approach and offer services to all customers.
• Listen and understand the customer's profile to accurately meet their needs.
• Represent and embody our company values.
• Advise customers for an unforgettable Niçoise experience by Café du Cycliste.
Your Profile :
• You have a commercial mindset and are focused on products, sales, and premium customer service.
• You deliver a sincere and warm welcome.
• You are versatile, meticulous, organized, curious, and show initiative.
• Dynamic, you enjoy teamwork and are known for your interpersonal skills, commitment, and exemplary attitude.
• You have excellent spoken English for customer advising and sales to an international clientele.
• Ideally, you are passionate about cycling and/or running/trail.
