Where we need your help
This role is an exciting opportunity to really contribute as the company moves on to the next level.
Your main responsibilities :
· Overseeing the day-to-day management of paid media channels
· Manage paid media monthly budget and develop reports and analytics of paid
campaigns, demonstrating return on investment
· Work closely with the Creative Content team on creating landing pages for paid
campaigns, ensuring they are optimised for conversions and can be tracked for reporting
What you'll do
· Working closely with creative marketing team to champion and lead our Paid media
creative strategy. Consistently test, learn and implement progressive strategies to
maximise performance
· Champion testing; from audiences, ad placement to ad formats. Sharing learnings with wider marketing and Ecom team and use results to optimise future creative
· Manage tracking set up, feed management, and any necessary tech and creative
requirements for remarketing and prospecting activities
· Collaborate with other teams- Ecom, Creative, Retail and agency partners to design high quality converting campaigns to improve CVR and achieve Revenue targets
· Build a high performing acquisition program focusing on growing Brand Awareness in our key markets
In order to be successful in this role you will have the following:
· Min 3+ years of experience working in DTC digital marketing (PPC, Display, Social and Affiliates)
· Proficient user of Google Analytics (GA4 preferable)
· Proficient user of Google Ads & Meta Business Manager
· Experience with multiple platforms e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest
· Proactive communication style driving collaboration across different teams
