Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce

Main Responsibilities

Support the Head of Ecommerce in managing daily ecommerce operations.

Oversee and optimize the operational performance of the online store.

Manage and update products on Shopify Plus.

Create product pages in collaboration with the production team, ensuring high-quality content and visuals.

Drive website merchandising: collection organization, product highlighting, user journey optimization, and category page performance to maximize conversion.

Implement merchandising strategies (best sellers, new arrivals, cross-sell, upsell) aligned with commercial campaigns.

Create and update marketing pages and Gazette content using PageFly to promote products and campaigns.

Monitor ecommerce KPIs and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.

Contribute to the implementation of new tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Profile

Experience in an Ecommerce operations role, within a Shopify Plus environment.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

English : Fluent (required) ; French is a plus. 

Strong product sensitivity with a keen interest in merchandising and user experience optimization.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.

Autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.

Technical Skills

Shopify Plus (catalog management, promotions, apps, reporting).

PageFly (creation and optimization of pages, Gazette articles, landing pages).

Product data management (copywriting, visuals, attributes).

Digital merchandising knowledge (navigation, categories, product highlighting).

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for sales and inventory tracking.

Knowledge of complementary Ecommerce tools (ERP, CRM, logistics platforms) is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Clear communication skills and strong synthesis capabilities.

Performance-oriented mindset.
