Why do we need your help ?

We are looking for a CRM Manager with specific expertise in Klaviyo. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM strategies and tools, data analysis, and personalized marketing. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through personalized campaigns and touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction with Café du Cycliste is meaningful and aligned with our brand values.

Your main responsibilities:

Broadcast Email / Newsletter / Loyalty Program

• Develop CRM strategies: Design and implement CRM strategies to engage and retain customers, increasing customer lifetime value and reducing churn rates.

• Customer segmentation: Leverage customer data via Klaviyo to create segmented and personalized experiences through our emails and newsletters.

• Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize automated campaigns (welcome emails, post-purchase thank you emails, abandoned cart reminders) using the full suite of Klaviyo tools.

• Data analysis and insights: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement. Use Klaviyo analytics to create detailed reports and dashboards to track the performance and effectiveness of campaigns.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure a consistent customer experience, aligning CRM initiatives with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.

• Loyalty program development: Create and oversee the development of the customer loyalty and rewards program.

Desired profile:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of CRM management experience, preferably in the retail, e-commerce, sport, or lifestyle sector.

Klaviyo expertise: Deep knowledge and experience working with Klaviyo.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Klaviyo, marketing automation tools, and email platforms. Also, knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Excel.

• Analytical mindset: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Creative and problem-solving mindset: Ability to innovate in customer engagement, developing compelling and effective communications.

• Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

• Fluent in English and French is required.
