Adjustable attachments at the seat post and through the saddle rails feature anti-vibration webbing, for minimal movement while riding, with a quick release to allow it to be carried or clipped to other luggage when not on the bike. It fits a single person bivvy and mat or lightweight bag alongside smaller items of clothing and essentials. Carabiner-style exterior clips complete the package.
